Comstor Elevate Terms and Conditions

 

Comstor Elevate is the overarching rewards and loyalty program for Comstor partners selling Cisco solutions.

Within Comstor Elevate are a number of other specific rewards programs and incentives. These have their own terms and conditions and will vary periodically. The current programs available within Comstor Elevate are listed below with full terms.

Comstor will provide the Award to a Participant who meets the Program Requirements and has made a Claim for the Award. The Program Requirements are as follows: Eligible Partners are required to register their inclusion in the program at the Comstor Elevate Website.

To have a valid claim for the Award, the Participant must be in good standing with Comstor at the time of the claim, must not be in breach of these Terms or any other agreement that they have in place with Comstor and must demonstrate to Comstor’s satisfaction that they have fully and completely met the Program Requirements ("Claim"). For a Participant’s Claim to be valid, it must also be made in accordance with these Terms and all terms contained in the Program materials and, where applicable, the relevant Partner

  • Unless a different governing law is stated to apply in the specific terms of a Program, the terms and conditions of the Program are governed by the laws in Australia as applicable.
  • No exceptions to the Program will be allowed. Comstor has the right to deny all claims that do not meet the criteria and requirements outlined in the Program.
  • Comstor reserves the right to modify, extend or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without further notice. Without limiting the generality of the previous sentence, the eligible Comstor products and/or services included in the Program may be changed or substituted at any time.
  • The Program may not be combined with any other Comstor offer, incentive or promotion, unless otherwise stated in the Terms.
  • All sales are calculated in AUD.
  • Comstor has the right in its absolute discretion to deny any claim to entitlement under the Program and/or may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Program where Comstor (in its absolute discretion) determines that such Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing.
  • All decisions by Comstor are final.
  • The Program is void to the extent prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable local law. If a portion of the Program is found to be prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable local law, only that portion of the Program will be void.
  • Comstor, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will have no liability to, and will be held harmless by a Participant making a Claim under the Program, for any loss, damage or liability directly or indirectly related to the acceptance, possession, delivery, use or misuse of any matter or thing awarded under the Program.
  • Any disputes, legal claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program will be resolved individually, without any resort to any form of class action.
  • Comstor is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected mail (including email) nor for any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or delays in any technical platforms or means of electronic transmission used in the publication or Participation of the Program.
  • If Comstor collects any personal data of a Participant because of their participation in this Program, Comstor will deal with that data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • Comstor will have no liability to any Participant or other person under the Program or otherwise for lost profits, loss of use, lost or corrupted data, loss of goodwill or for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising in connection with or under the Program and/or the Program terms and conditions, even if Comstor has been notified of such losses or damages.
  • Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the Individual Staff Representative. Consequently, it is solely the Individual Staff Representative's responsibility to report and pay all applicable taxes or duties that may be required under any appropriate laws related to the Incentive(s) he/she receives. The Individual Staff Representative may consult his/her own tax advisor with any question or concern about the taxes that apply to him/her in relation to this Staff Incentive Program.

By clicking “I Agree” upon registration, Partner is indicating that a representative of the Partner with the authority to bind the Partner contractually has read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and The Program.

Comstor Xchange Program

  • Eligible Partners: Approved Comstor Partners
  • Program Registration: Participating reseller sales representatives must register into the Comstor Elevate Portal in order to access Comstor Xchange rewards.
  • Reward Process: To earn a reward you must claim via through the Comstor Xchange portal access via the Comstor Elevate Portal. Awarded rewards can then be redeemed for a Virtual MasterCard.
  • Points Expiry: All claims will expire after 14 days and will not be available to claim after this time. 

 

Christmas Cashback Terms and Conditions

  • Christmas Cash Back promotional period is November 1st  2021 to January 31st  2022 and as there is a limited prize pool available, incentives are issued on a “first In, first serve” basis. Rewards will be issued via Xchange in the form of Virtual Prepaid MasterCard rewards.
  • Total rewards capped at $10,000 per qualifying partner. Eligible partners include T2 Registered, Select, Premier & T2 Gold partners for orders using Deal ID, Fast Track pricing on Cisco and Meraki hardware and software orders invoiced in the promotional period on Comstor.
  • Exclusion include T1 Gold & Global Gold partners (regardless of partner registration level).
  • Promotion cannot be stacked/Used in conjunction with any other Comstor offer.
  • By accepting the terms and conditions of the Christmas Cash Back promotion, the recipient accepts that any monetary implications that arise from potential Fringe Benefits Tax on Virtual Prepaid MasterCard are the sole responsibility of the recipient and not Westcon-Comstor or Cisco.
  • Virtual Prepaid MasterCard rewards is awarded based on final value of purchase order invoiced with Credits or Returns rendering the claim for Go for Gold promotion obsolete.

Eligibility
  • Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Entry is only open to approved Partner Companies in Australia. Entrants must be registered to Comstor Elevate and have accepted the terms & conditions
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or older to enter and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  • Each Partner Company is strictly limited to one place within the incentive program, although multiple individuals may register, Westcon and Palo Alto Networks reserve the right to award any prize/s to the highest possible contact at their sole discretion. Rewards will be allocated on a per company basis. The registered contact may not always be the recipient of the final reward. Once prize/s have been delivered, each Partner Company has the responsibility to manage any internal allocations. 
  • Eligibility is deemed as per Comstor internal reporting. This may differ from what is visible to both Partner Companies & Cisco. Although Comstor may at their sole discretion provide supplementary reporting, this is not required, and no further discussion may be entered into.

Promotional Dates

  • Promotion commences on June 3rd 2022 (eligible orders invoiced before current date will be backdated to May 1st) and closes at 11:59PM on July 30th 2022 (“Promotional Period”).
  • As there is a limited prize pool available, incentives are issued on a “first In, first serve” basis. Rewards will be issued via Xchange in the form of Virtual Prepaid MasterCard rewards.
  • Total rewards capped at $10,000 per qualifying partner and $3,000 AUD per individual. Eligible partners include T2 Registered, Select, Premier & T2 Gold partners for orders using Deal ID, Fast Track pricing on Cisco and Meraki hardware and software orders invoiced in the promotional period on Comstor.

  • Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which you may have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law (‘ACL’), and consumer guarantees relating to goods or services under the ACL) which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer Rights, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage however caused (including by negligence), suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion or prize. Any condition or warranty which would be implied by law into these terms and conditions is excluded. Redemption of prizes is subject to any further terms and conditions of the issuer.
  • Subject to the unclaimed prize clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
  • If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
  • Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. ​

  • If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  • Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
  • Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, inclusive of fridge benefit taxes or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
  • The Promoter may provide personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.westconcomstor.com/au/en/legal/privacy-policy.html. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or update the promotion at any point in time and without notice.
  • The Promoter’s decision on the validity of reward eligibility is final and no further discussion will be entered into.
  • The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Comstor Xchange Participation

  • Comstor Xchange Rewards Program ("Program") is only available to reseller representatives aged 18 and above who reside in Australia. Partner representatives may not participate in the Program if doing so would violate any of their employer's policies. By participating in this Program, you confirm that you have obtained your employers' prior consent and approval to do so and that it does not violate any of your employer's policies.
  • You must be enrolled in the Comstor Elevate Portal and have a valid Comstor Partner account in good standing to earn and receive rewards in the Program.
  • Participation in the Comstor Xchange reward program is at the individual level. Corporations and other entities may not enrol in the Program. Membership in the Program is non-transferable.

  • Partner representatives must be first registered into the Comstor Elevate Portal. Once registration in is complete, individuals can access Comstor Elevate portal. The Comstor Elevate portal will allow individuals to access the Comstor Xchange page to claim sales rewards for eligible activities, view rewards account balance and redeem Virtual Prepaid MasterCardrewards at any time.


Eligible Activities

  • Partner representatives can earn based on completing and claiming any of the eligible activities from the current promotions.
  • Virtual Prepaid MasterCardrewards earned will be calculated as per the Reward Earnings table by country of origin of the participant's organisation.

Mobile Pay

Mobile prepaid Mastercards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. To access you must download The Card Network App, card cannot be printed as a voucher for use. To be able to redeem virtual Mastercard rewards you must maintain enough reward $ to meet the minimum reward denomination of $20. If at redemption, program period close or account closure your rewards does not meet the minimum redemption of $20, all current monies ($) will be forfeited.
Not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. Any unused value after the expiry date of any Digital Mastercard will not be refunded or credited. At the time of purchase, you should know your account balance. You may obtain your current balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into your account on The Card Network app. If you attempt to make a purchase that exceeds your balance, the transaction will be denied. Cardholders are responsible for all purchases made with their Virtual Card.
Currently only compatible with Australian mobile numbers. Compatible with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Valid instore or online where prepaid Mastercard is accepted. For online use the total transaction value cannot exceed the available Digital Mastercard balance unless the merchant site has the capability to support split transactions. For full terms and conditions, please view them here.

 

Using your Mobile Prepaid Digital Mastercard:

If the card is issued via email, the activation process is as follows:

Upon placing the order customer will receive an email to confirm their details.

Upon confirmation, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number entered with a link to their Digital Mastercard.

They will need to click on the link in the SMS and follow the instructions to download The Card Network app and add the card to their mobile wallet.

Reward(s) Error Policy

This Reward(s) error policy (the “Reward Error Policy”) applies to each Participant in Comstor Elevate Accidental typographical errors sometimes occur in Reward(s) descriptions or values.  In this event, Comstor reserves the right to notify you of the correct description or value before Reward(s) is shipped.  The Reward(s) Error Policy requires prompt mitigation and recovery of all Reward(s)s issued in error for any reason; including, but not limited to data inaccuracy, inaccurate Reward Points’ valuation, processing error or miscommunication. The Reward(s) Error Policy requires immediate steps be taken to mitigate loss by reversing Reward Points deposited to Participant accounts in error, placing a hold on delivery and fulfillment of Reward(s), and/or cancelling Reward(s) orders. As a result of error mitigation steps, a Participant may have a negative Reward Points account balance. A Participant can restore his or her Reward Points’ account to a positive balance by receiving further Reward Points; or, participants may elect to be credited Reward Points by returning Reward(s) previously received by the Participant.

 

 

Millionaires Club

 

1. The Name of the Persons Conducting the Trade Promotion Game:

This trade promotion game (‘the Competition’) is conducted by (Westcon Group Pty Limited, ABN 77 050 539 672, U4 39 Herbert Street, ARTARMON New South Wales 2064) (‘the Promoter’).

2. Eligibility Requirements for Entrants:

2.1    Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  Submission of any entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.2   Entry is only open to the Promoters Australian resell partners aged 18 years or over (‘Eligible Entrant’). It is the responsibility of Entrant’s to confirm you have the permission of your employer to participation in the Competition. All Entrants are responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, employment, contractual limitations, and employer’s policies regarding Entrants eligibility to participate and/or receive prize(s) in this Competition. If an Entrant is participating in violation of their employer’s policies, that individual and its employer may be disqualified from this Competition and/or from receiving a prize. The Promoter disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an Entrant and their employer related to this matter.

2.3   To enter the Competition, an Eligible Entrant must register their details with comstorelevate.com.au (the Application).

2.4    Any entry claimed is deemed to be received at the time of its receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant.  

2.5   Should an Eligible Entrant’s details change during the Competition Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. Any such notification or request to access or modify information shall be directed to the Promoter, who may at its sole discretion make the appropriate changes to the Eligible Entrant’s details.

2.6   Eligible Entrants may only enter the Competition in their own name.  Eligible Entrants who intentionally provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the Competition. All entries of an Eligible Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information, or which otherwise become ineligible may, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. Prior to the draw Westcon will seek approval from the winning company’s directors that the participant is eligible to participate in the draw, in the event that approval is not granted then participant will be deemed ineligible.

2.7    Only Eligible Entrants who fulfil the Eligibility requirements may enter.

2.8   Entries must be claimed between the start time 1 December 2021 and the midnight 31 July 2022 for eligible sales booked between the promotion time as specified in Section 4 (‘Competition Period’). Early or late entries outside these times will not be accepted.

2.9   Entries which related to overdue or delinquent accounts with the Promoter will not be deemed eligible. 

3. Description, Conditions and Retail Value of the Prize:

3.1   On (28th September 2022), (Crown Casino, 1 Barangaroo Avenue, BARANGAROO New South Wales 2000), (AEST 2pm), top eight (8) individuals who have accrued the most points from booked orders during the competition period will be selected by the Promoter. These persons to whom this Application relates to will be deemed the winners of the Competition (‘the Winner’). Winners will be published via https://comstorelevate.com.au before 31 August 2022.

3.2  Each of the eight (8) Winners will be given their own set of 100 envelopes. They will choose one envelope from 100 envelopes in a barrel, each of the winners will be competing for different major prizes based on their position. For category one, Winner One will have one envelope that contains the prize of $1,000,000 (‘the Winning First Prize Envelope”), Winner two will have one envelope that contains the prize of $750,000, Winner Three will have one envelope that contains the prize of $500,000, Winner Four will have one envelope that contains the prize of $100,000,  Winner Five will have one envelope that contains the prize of $50,000, If the Winner does not select any of the Winning Envelopes they will receive a consolation prize dependent on their position; 1 ($20,000), 2 ($15,000), 3 ($10,000), 4 ($2,000), 5 ($1,000). For category 2, Winner One will have one envelope that contains the prize of $500,000 (‘the Winning First Prize Envelope”), Winner two will have one envelope that contains the prize of $250,000, Winner Three will have one envelope that contains the prize of $100,000. If the Winner of category two does not select any of the Winning Envelopes they will receive a consolation prize dependent on their position; 1 ($10,000), 2 ($5,000), 3 ($2,000). If the Winner selects a Winning Envelope prizes will be transferred to the Winner by EFT within 8 weeks of the 10 November 2022.  Total prize pool value is up to AU$3,250,000.

3.3   No Prizes will be provided by the Promoter to the Winner unless they comply with these Terms and Conditions. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take / redeem a prize (or an element of a prize) at / by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. In case of forfeit, the Promoter will reselect a different Eligible Entrant to be the Winner by the same means specified in section. This process will continue either until the Prize is claimed or all the valid entries are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

3.4   If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

3.5   Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable, unless otherwise specified.

3.6   A draw for any unclaimed Prizes may take place on 1st December 2022 at Westcon Group Pty Limited, U4 39 Herbert Street, ARTARMON New South Wales 2064 at 2pm AEST. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) business and their names will be published at https://comstorelevate.com.au from 9th December 2022.

3.7  If for any unforeseen reason and/or any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  1. disqualify any entrant; and/or 
  2. cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the Competition.

     3.8 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

3.9   It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all Conditions of Use of the Prize and the Prize supplier’s requirements.  In addition, it is a condition of participating in the draw and accepting the Prize that the Winners and their employers must sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

4. The Competition Start and Closing Dates and Times:

4.1    The Competition commences on (1 December 2021)

4.2    The Competition closes on (31 July 2022)

5. Promoter Rights:

5.1    The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • verify and validate entries and the details of Eligible Entrants (including Eligible Entrant’s identity, age, and address, employer name and completion of all questions) through proof or identity and/or proof of residency.  Proof of identification and residency considered suitable for the verification are at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
  • disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that, at the sole discretion of the Promoter:
  • is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and/or
  • tampers with the entry process; and/or
  • is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, damaging to the good will of the Competition, Promoter, or any company associated with the Competition or is otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the Competition.

5.2   Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of these rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

5.3   Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries or entries that do not comply with the Entry Requirements will be deemed invalid.  Any incorrect Eligible Entrant details submitted or which become incorrect or ineligible during the Competition Period may render the corresponding entry invalid.

5.4   Except for any statuary guarantee or warranty (express or implied) the exclusion of which from these Terms and Conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void, the Promoter excludes from these Terms and Conditions all:

  • conditions, guarantees, warranties and terms, implied by statue, general law or customer; and
  • all liability whether arising in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury and any other loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of opportunity or loss or profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without limitation, where arising out of the following:
  • any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
  • any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
  • any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the Eligible Entrant or any of the process associated with, or utilised with, this Competition;
  • any technical error, or combination thereof, that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition (whether or not under the Promoter’s control) including any omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite failure therefore or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries or any variation in prize value to that stated in the Terms and Conditions;
  • any tax implication, including any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant;
  • the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; or
  • a Prize or use of a Prize.

Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of any person under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

8. Conditions of Use of the Prize:

8.1.   The Winner agrees to have their name and image used for any promotional material for an indefinite period of time without remuneration.

8.2.  By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants agree that all entries will be the property of the Promoter who may disclose entrants' personal information to its Related Bodies Corporates and agents, the Promoter, and any other company associated with the Competition to assist in conducting this trade promotion, redeeming the prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to this trade promotion. The collection use and disclosure of personal information in connection with this trade promotion will be in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8.3   Each Eligible Entrant and the winner consents to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), the Promoter and/or the products and/or services supplied by the Promoter.

8.4   The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and provide any goods and/or services requested and improve its products and services. The Promoter or any of its Related Bodies Corporate may contact entrants (whether Eligible or not) by any means (including email or SMS) at any time to let such entrants know about goods, services or promotions which may be of interest to them. The Promoter may also disclose any entrant’s information to third parties including overseas that assist in providing the Promoter’s services, running promotions (including administering the promotion or distributing prizes) or with other companies who provide prizes for promotions or offers. By entering the Competition, an entrant consents to the Promoter’s disclosure of that entrant’s personal information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Eligible Entrants shall direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 

9. The Competition Explained:

9.1 Eligible partners include T2 Registered, Select, Premier & T2 Gold partners for orders using pricing on Cisco and Meraki hardware, software, services and renewals orders booked in the promotional period on Comstor. Eligible partners will then be placed into one of two categories based on the partners previous Year on Year Cisco spend with Comstor.

9.2 Eligible booked orders need to be claimed via https://comstorelevate.com.au. Eligible partner representatives must claim the sales for which they are responsible, Comstor will then validate the claims eligibility. Eligible sales are then recognised to the representative who has made the successful claim. Eligible sales are converted into points which representatives then accrue throughout the promotional period.

  1. Eligible orders must meet a minimum order value of AUD $5,000 including GST
  2. Eligible orders will convert to points based off 1% of the purchase order value (rounded to the nearest whole number). E.g. a $5,000 order will accrue 50 points, a $20,000 order will accrue 200 points, etc.
